This element of the NEXT Leadership Development Toolkit includes a self-assessment tool built around questions related to specific leadership traits. Through this assessment, an individual can get to know themselves better, supporting identification of targeted development opportunities. The self-assessment also includes the means for an individual to request input from others. Also included on this page is an example development plan to help outline actions to achieve desired behavior changes and goals related to skill development needs identified via the self-assessment.
